Returns & Refunds
At Harlow, every order is prepared with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions set out below.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply email us your decision at info@officialharlow.com.
60-Day "Love It or Your Money Back" Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right to cancel, Harlow offers an extended guarantee: you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to try the product. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase in full. To start a claim, email us at info@officialharlow.com and we will guide you through it step by step.
Return Conditions
For a standard return (right to cancel) to be accepted, the product must:
- be undamaged
- be returned in its original packaging
- be shipped within 14 days of your cancellation notice
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. (The 60-day money-back guarantee also applies to products that have been opened and used, following the process described above.)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise or in the case of faulty products or errors on our part.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the same payment method used for your purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise or where required by law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and its packaging. We will find the best solution together, which may include a replacement or a refund.
