In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product purchased. (This does not affect the statutory guarantee of conformity or any mandatory consumer rights granted by law.)
Force Majeure
Harlow is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to force majeure, including natural events, strikes, service interruptions or other events beyond our control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
